🌍✨ Grade 3 Lilac Assembly | International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples Today, our Grade 3 Lilac students led a meaningful and inspiring assembly to honour the International Day of the World’s Indigenous People. The morning began with a thoughtful prayer, “Thought of the Day,” and a calming mindfulness session. The highlight was their class presentation, “Voices from the Earth,” where students brought to life the stories and cultures of Indigenous communities like the Native Americans, Aboriginal Australians, and the Maasai of Africa. Through a powerful skit and reflections, they celebrated Indigenous wisdom, resilience, and their deep-rooted connection with nature — reminding us of the importance of respect, recognition, and unity.
