Yoga Day Celebrations by Bloomingdale International School

BIS marked International Yoga Day with an energetic and mindful session for students across grades. From guided meditation and pranayama to asanas like the Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, and Bakasana, students experienced the full spectrum of yoga inner calm and outer strength. The session, led by a dedicated instructor, was a beautiful reminder that holistic well-being is at the heart of the Bloomingdale experience.
