World Mental Health Day is celebrated every 10th October to encourage and spread awareness that it is okay to speak about our mental health. It is to understand that no amount of taboo is bigger than life itself. Only you can keep your mental health in check and only your efforts will matter in the end. So on this day, this small yet impactful initiative by students of Bloomingdale International has been taken to teach that if youngest of the kids can be aware of their mental health, there is nothing which is supposed to be stopping us from caring about our own.
